1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered (wrong size or color), we will take full responsibility. To initiate a resolution:
- You must contact our concierge team at concierge@mirellavora.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Please provide high-quality photos and a brief video clearly showing the defect or the incorrect item.
- Once verified, we will offer to send you a replacement item free of charge. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Final Sale Policy
To ensure the exclusivity and pristine condition of our products, all items are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or if the item is in its original packaging but has no functional defects.
3. Fraud Protection
MirellaVora takes fraudulent claims very seriously. All reported issues undergo a strict verification process. If a claim is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement and may restrict future access to our services.
